Information about the work we did to help a number of Scottish council sites integrate with The Scottish Government’s eCommerce system, is now on our website!
The work included integrating with the councils’ back-office finance systems, automating the process for invoices and GRNs, ultimately saving the council hours of administrative work.
Through using MuleSoft‘s Mule ESB integration platform, we were able to provide the councils with a cost-effective, open source solution.
Integrella provided both North-Lanarkshire and Dumfries and Galloway council with Long Term Support. As a result of this, the councils have seen a 50% reduction in support calls and with maintenance very quick to implement, a further reduction of 50% in the time it takes to resolve them.
